Keith retired to Vancouver Island having spent all his working life in education, as a teacher and later as a principal. Keith's major area of study was art and metal sculpture, which he taught for a number of years. After studying for a B.A. in psychology and sociology he moved into the management side of education.
Winning a photographic competition when still in high school with a Brownie 127, Keith's inspiration grew from a hobby. Keith has since gained awards in various photographic competitions in and around Nanaimo. Keith taught photography for the Elder College at V.I.U. for 10 years. A recent visit to
France and Paris especially, has reinvigorated his passion for Street Photography.
